Mr. Little has vast experience in planning, design, and construction management. He has served as consulting engineer to communities, MUAs, and private clientele.

Douglass F. Klee, P.E., P.P, C.M.E. - Principal With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Klee is a veteran of both design and project management. He has performed or been responsible for many residential and commercial site development projects, including large townhouses and multifamily developments, as well as planned residential retirement communities. In addition to his public works and municipal engineering, he currently serves in the capacity of planning/zoning board engineer for several municipalities. William J. Berg, P.L.S. - Principal

Mr. Berg has more than 25 years of experience in many phases of municipal and private land surveying. He is responsible for all survey resolutions and the survey aspects of our various computerized site design programs.

David F. Owen, P.E., P.P., C.M.E - Former President Who Retired in 2015

Mr. Owen has extensive experience in all aspects of municipal, private, and utility management and design. He has served numerous municipalities as a Planning Board, Zoning Board, and Utility Authority Engineer.

His design projects include subdivision and site development, stormwater management, water and wastewater treatment and distribution, roadways, feasibility studies, and GIS development and implementation.
