With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Klee is a veteran of both design and project management. In addition to his public works and municipal engineering, he currently serves in the capacity of planning/zoning board engineer for several municipalities.

Mr. Owen has extensive experience in all aspects of municipal, private, and utility management and design. He has served numerous municipalities as a Planning Board, Zoning Board, and Utility Authority Engineer.

His design projects include subdivision and site development, stormwater management, water and wastewater treatment and distribution, roadways, feasibility studies, and GIS development and implementation.
